Ulterior Votives

Fire often inspires personal reflection, but urban life offers few opportunities for such moments. These votives evoke three archetypal hearths: Après ski, the beacon in the wilderness, and keeping warm under a highway overpass. Each porcelain votive comes with an LED candle, but you can also use a standard tea light to create a 1/10th-scale roaring fire.
